Michael Radice Sr. has over 38 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Service and Management Industry. His extensive experience ranges from Architectural Restoration of Metal, Wood and Stone Refinishing and Maintenance Services to Operations and Management Services of Commercial and Government facilities. Mr. Radices’ chief focus is promoting best practices and quality assurances to effectively manage and aesthetically maintain commercial, government and industrial facilities.

Silvia Radice has over 30 years of experience in the Residential and Commercial Real Estate Management Industry. Her extensive experience ranges from Residential Property Management and the administration of Radice Enterprises’ commercial and government operations.

Strategic Advisor and Fractional CFO

Brooke Koeninger serves as the Senior Strategic Advisor and Fractional CFO to Radice Enterprises, supporting the company’s financial management, cash flow planning, and growth strategy.  As part of the Radice executive team she provides ongoing advisory support to help the team make confident, data-informed decisions while aligning the business with long-term goals.  Through her firm, Scale with Clarity, Brooke partners with founder-led businesses to bring financial insight and operational focus to every stage of growth. 

Business Development Director

Mr. Lennon is our Business Development Director for the Government Division. Mr. Lennon manages all multi-year contract operations. His responsibilities include Market Research, Proposal Development, Contract Management, Contract Compliance and Operations Management.

Production/Scheduling Manager for the Architectural Restoration Division

Mr. Oettinger focuses on our current maintenance contracts, technician oversight, quality control and fleet/inventory management.

Business Development and Marketing Strategist

Natalie Reed serves as the Business Development and Marketing Strategist for Radice Enterprises, where she drives business development by focusing on identifying and securing new customers and managing end-to-end proposal development for custom Metal, Wood, and Stone projects. She develops and executes targeted digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive client acquisition.
